Thanks everyone who came out to the benefit concert for Teri last month. Y'all helped raise nearly $1000 for her and it covered exactly one chemo treatment at a critical time.  I saw her the other night and she was thankful for everyone's generosity. Hey everybody, our friend Teri is in the hospital fighting off cancer and pneumonia. Teri is a single mom. We're holding a benefit concert for her with three other bands the night of January 21st at The Rogue Bar in Scottsdale.  Cover is $5 and alll proceeds go to benefit Teri and help her cover bills.  

We've got some stellar acts with us that night.  PHX (formerly James Frey Band) is opening at 8pm. We're on at 9pm. Gabriel Valentin (an awesome one-person act) is driving out from LA and playing at 10pm and local band Prague is on at midnight.

CV peeps: We're doing a show to benefit the De Colores Shelter in Phoenix on Saturday Aug 20th 7:00pm at Sail Inn in Tempe. There are some great local bands playing after us.  Apparently it turns into a toga party theme later in the evening (toga is completely optional but we'll give schwag to anyone who wears one).  RSVP on the Facebook Event page to see who else will be there.  We have some new tricks up our sleeve song-wise so should be fun. 

Thanks everyone who came out to our show at Dos on Saturday night. You all helped raise a handful of instruments and over $200 to support Ear Candy's efforts of equipping school music programs with refurbished musical instruments.  Here's a short clip of our closer for the night - so much fun. WHAT: An instrument drive and fund raiser for Ear Candy Charity.  

WHEN: Saturday May 28th  7pm-9pm

WHERE: Dos Gringos Scottsdale - 4209 North Craftsman Court

HOW: Ear Candy is an awesome local non-profit that refurbishes used musical instruments and provides them to school music programs suffering from budget cuts.  That old guitar you have that's been lying in the corner collecting dust?  Donate it and make a kid's day. For folks that bring instruments we'll dedicate a song in your name live (you can make cash donations too if you don't have an old instrument).  Oh and the best part is you get to track where your instrument goes and get to see who it helped!

It's been awhile since we played and we've got some new tricks up our sleeve as well as a bunch of merch to give away so come out and have a sunset 'rita with us and help out a great cause!

hey peeps, here's a live performance of one of my fav songs I've ever written, "Jaded" at an open mic at Tempe Center for the Arts on 2/2/11. I wrote this song in college about a girl who I'm pretty sure was a mermaid. Lyrics here. Enjoy!

We're doing a show in Tempe on Saturday, November 20th for the Jordan Sterling Foundation.  Jordan was a classmate of ours at Brophy who succumbed to Cystic Fibrosis. Come make some noise with us and help raise money for Jordan's non-profit foundation.

This is an early one - the show starts at 6pm and we'll be followed by The Shammy's and the All Good Things band.  Sail Inn is at 26 S.
